An Afghan refugee, Safi Dawood, has been charged with the murder of Wayne Broadhurst, who was fatally stabbed in Uxbridge on 27 October. At a music concert in East London, the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association paid tribute to Mr Broadhurst.
